We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Connections Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring, analysing, and improving performance across our Connections function.
Your responsibilities- Analyse and interrogate large volumes of data, presenting past performance, forecasting future performance, recognising needs and influencing change for the continual success of our business.
- Understand the regulatory requirements that the business operates under alongside effective stakeholder engagement.
- Improve and maintain pricing within our project management system, analysing stock prices, working with IT to implement changes and maintain internal and external documentation.
- Develop and monitor robust processes to ensure quality, regulatory and statutory compliance with our license obligations, whilst also developing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive value and operational excellence as it is paramount that we comply with all regulatory and statutory governance.
- Submit the regulatory submissions to Ofgem yearly in accordance with Annex G, the regulatory guidance and instructions and create, maintain and issue dashboards to key stakeholders to track performance against incentives available.
- Previous experience as a Performance Analyst – essential.
- Excellent data analysis and Excel skills along with previous experience developing and reporting KPIs and/or external reporting;
Power BI and SQL experience are essential. - Understanding of the Electrical Connections business – highly beneficial.
- Trend reporting and statistics experience – advantageous but not essential.
- Experience of reading and understanding regulatory documents, ability to communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels and work using own initiative.
