Medical Field Service Engineer

Overview

Medical Field Service Engineer – CT & MRI Imaging Systems. No medical experience required; full product training provided. Competitive salary £45K‑£46K, overtime, bonus, company car and extensive benefits including healthcare, pension and comprehensive manufacturer‑based training.

• Service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of advanced CT computed tomography and surgical X‑ray imaging systems throughout the region.
• Provide technical support and excellent customer service to hospitals and healthcare centres.
• Participate in ongoing product training and keep up to date with new technologies.
• Work collaboratively with a national team of engineers to build long‑term customer relationships.

• Background in field service engineering from medical imaging, laboratory equipment, semiconductor, or ex‑HM Forces sectors (RAF, REME, Navy).
• Impeccable customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer‑facing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to hospital and healthcare centres as required.
