Responsibilities:

Operate and Monitor Production Lines:
Start, stop, and supervise conveyor speeds to keep production flowing smoothly.
Follow SOPs and Quality Standards:
Ensure compliance with ISO/cGMP regulations and maintain accurate documentation at all times.
Batch Preparation & Packaging:
Read work orders, set up materials, weigh, label, and seal containers with precision.
Quality Checks:
Inspect materials and products at every stage for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Equipment Validation & Cleaning:
Assist with equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets and quality goals.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environments is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and uphold high-quality standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must!
Comfortable with physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods).
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) are desirable.
