* Blue Arrow are recruiting a Packer to join the production and dispatch team on a double day shift pattern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has good attention to detail, and is looking for a secure position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

* Pack finished products accurately and securely according to company standards

* Prepare items for dispatch, including labelling, wrapping, and palletising

* Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications

* Follow work instructions and maintain accurate packing records

* Work safely with manual handling equipment and follow all site safety procedures

* Maintain a clean and organised work area

* Support other warehouse or production tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous packing, warehouse, or production experience is beneficial but not essential

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Good level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Must be able to pass a Disclosure Check before starting

Shift Pattern - Double Day Shift

* Early

Shift: Typically around 06:00-14:00

* Late

Shift: Typically around 14:00-22:00
