Working hours: 8 hours per week (Mon‑Sun), fixed days and hours:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Pay: £12.60 per hour.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll help customers discover and purchase Pandora jewellery, turning each interaction into a memorable experience. You will live our values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering every day.

• Drive sales & deliver exceptional service:
  Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by executing the “Every Moment Matters” customer experience model.
• Build rapport and loyalty:
  Provide personalised service, encourage loyalty, and gather data for future interactions.
• Be a brand ambassador:
  Share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story.
• Achieve sales targets:
  Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Support store operations:
  Assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.

• Natural communicator with great rapport‑building skills.
