An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our prestige main dealership in Perth. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a premium automotive brand, supported by industry-leading training and excellent earning potential.

The Role:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You will represent the brand professionally, build long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle needs

Managing the full sales process, including test drives, finance and add-on products

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

Maintaining excellent product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training

Ensuring all documentation and compliance standards are met

About You:

Proven experience in car sales

A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills

Target-driven with a professional and confident manner

Ability to work weekends as part of a rota

Full UK driving licence

What We Offer:

Basic salary up to £28,000 depending on experience

Uncapped OTE of £70,000-£75,000
