Our Client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Head of Engineering & Maintenance.

In this key role, you will lead a team of qualified professionals, managing strategic engineering projects and ensuring operational excellence of the facilities.

Main Responsibilities

Engineign Projects

Develop and execute the Site Master Plan

Lead strategic engineering initiatives and investment activities

Ensure GMP compliance and support HSE requirements

Reliability & Maintenance

Implement state-of-the-art maintenance systems

Drive predictive & maintenance strategies

Optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies

Budget management and cost control

Utilities, Infrastructure & Sustainability

Manage critical systems (PW, clean compressed air, HVAC, WWT, Boilers, Chillers)

Drive & Promote energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable engineering practices

Automation & Digital Systems

Enhance automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS/EMS, AGVs/robots)

Drive innovation with IoT, digital twins, and AI technologies

Ensure data integrity compliance for computerized systems

Compliance, Quality & HSE

Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and regulations and Lead safety programs and promote a culture of quality and safety

Requisiti

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

Preferred:
Six Sigma certification

10+ years of Engineering/Maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred:
Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Packaging Operations

International experience is highly valued

Excellent project management and team leadership abilities

Change management capabilities

Ability to drive continuous improvement culture

Excellent communication and influencing skills to lead and manage diverse resources

Experience in collaborating with global teams and managing international projects
