Specifics about the role:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Benefits:Dental Benefits, and Health Spending
• Schedule: Monday – Friday with 1 Saturday every 8-12 weeks

What you’ll do:

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
• Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant is an asset but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience using Live DDM would be considered an asset.
• Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant and in good standing with the ODAA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a bonus!
