Position: Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)
Location: Lakefield, ON

Our practice is nestled in the heart of Lakefield, a charming town known for its friendly atmosphere and stunning scenery. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to serve patients of all ages, providing comprehensive primary care services.

• Provide primary care services within NP scope and standards of practice
• Cover the Doctor’s Practice on Monday and Friday (flexible hours) and assisting with lab checks from home Tuesday-Thursday evenings (optional)
• Conduct medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medication and order tests/procedures as needed
• Collaborate with the Doctor as needed

• Registered Nurse Practitioner in Ontario
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduation experience
• Proficiency in well-baby care, vaccinations, and comprehensive medical care for all age groups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Competitive hourly rate: $69.50/hr (increasing to $71.50/hr after probation)
• Part-time hours: 14-18 hours per week depending on NP’s preference
• Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development
