Landscape design is about transforming your yard into beautiful retreat while minimizing the impact human activities have on the plants and the environment in your yard. While adding plants can significantly improve the look of your yard, the true value of landscape design lies beyond aesthetic improvements.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-driven and detail oriented individual with great ability to multitask and prioritize. You will be responsible for the installation of landscape and hardscape projects with great precision and business minded efficiency. Must communicate well with all crew members, supervisors, and clientele. A valid G driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Supervise and manage landscape crew
• Ensure that all crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment
• Ensure that all instillation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Supervise all crew members during the performance of their assigned work
• Communicate well with all crew members, supervisors and clientele
• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance
• Train crew members to the best of company standards

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape and softscape applications
• Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens and trees; identification and cultural requirements
• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fast paced and fun environment
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management, punctual with ability to prioritize

Qualified applicants must have:

• Expected to have knowledge in general construction aspects ranging from planting, brick,stone and carpentry
• Customer service experience and knowledge
• Valid G driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work Monday - Friday
