Pay range: $68,300.00 - $81,082.50. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities- Generate profitable sales by reaching sales and profit objectives, managing the budget, and performing sales forecasts. Analyze proactive and use sales and financial reports, market trends, and community needs to identify and respond to market changes while reducing expenses. Communicate sales results and guide interpretation of results.
- Create operational plans, prioritization, delegation, and clear directives for managers and associates. Maintain optimal in-store conditions by effectively presenting merchandise, accurate competitive pricing, and establishing store standards in compliance with company guidelines.
- Implement new in-store programs in compliance with company directives, evaluate effectiveness, monitor inventory, replenish, identify circulation issues, and take corrective actions.
- Execute and monitor asset protection, security controls, maintain quality assurance standards, supervise, ensure compliance with Walmart and safety, sales, finance, and filing established procedures.
- Act as a store ambassador, greet customers, gather feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure positive shopping experience. Represent, execute, and provide orientation on customer service techniques.
- Support store initiatives to serve the community by participating in community events and develop relationships with key community groups. Participate in sustainability programs commissioned by the company.
- Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicate directives, stimulate engagement, recognize achievements, and provide growth opportunities. Identify high potential associates for training.
- Demonstrate company values by holding associates accountable, provide honest, precise feedback, timely correction plans, and build relationships with support staff.
- Adapt to technological evolution in the retail environment. Supervise digital application implementation, manage training, and meet customer requirements.
