Contracts Manager

£40,000 – £55,000+ (DOE) + Benefits

Multifab Metals Engineering Ltd is a leading steel fabrication and installation specialist with over 25 years of experience. We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of structural steel and secondary steelwork projects.

Manage projects from tender through to completion.

Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and cost reports.

Attend client, design, and pre-contract meetings.

Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and plant logistics.

Control budgets, schedules, and scope changes.

Produce client proposals and maintain accurate project documentation.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts/project management within steelwork or construction
.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

Able to read technical drawings and price materials.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Projects
.

Confident working independently and collaboratively.
