Anne Corder Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established, fast-paced business as they look to appoint a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

This role plays a key part in keeping everything running smoothly you’ll be the link between customers, couriers, and internal teams to make sure every order arrives exactly as it should.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinating collections with couriers and ensuring smooth logistics
Managing and processing returns promptly and professionally
Chasing late deliveries and keeping customers updated
Working closely with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly
About You
You’ll have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
A confident team player who enjoys providing great customer service
