Hours - Monday - Friday

Alconbury Weald - Fully Site-Based

We're currently supporting a well-established and fast-paced business based in Alconbury Weald in their search for a Procurement Executive to join their growing team.

The role is fully site-based, working Monday - Friday, with flexibility required around peak trading periods (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day). • Supporting the Procurement/Buying Manager with day-to-day procurement activity
• Maintaining accurate supplier data, pricing, and forecasting in internal systems
• Monitoring and managing third-party orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Working closely with Supply Chain, Technical, and Commercial teams
• Supporting seasonal planning and ensuring supplier alignment during peak trading periods
• Building strong supplier relationships and assisting with performance reviews and negotiations
• Ensuring all procurement-related documentation and systems are up to date

• Previous experience in a procurement, buying, or supply chain coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with systems
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience with in FMCG, horticulture, floristry, or the gifting sector - desired not essential
• Understanding of forecasting and cost management processes
