ESG Coordinator

We are currently working with a leading UK food manufacturer to recruit an ESG Coordinator
. A newly created role that will play a pivotal part in embedding sustainability, governance, and social responsibility across a complex, high-performing operation.

As ESG Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Head of ESG and cross-functional teams to:

• Support the delivery of the company's ESG strategy across multiple UK sites
• Track and report on key sustainability metrics (
  carbon, water, waste, biodiversity, etc.)
• Coordinate internal audits, certifications, and compliance with ESG frameworks
• Engage stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and HR to drive awareness and action
• Contribute to external reporting
  , including ESG disclosures and customer sustainability data

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 1 years practical/hands on experience within an ESG, Sustainability or Environmental based position.
• A strong understanding of ESG principles
  , sustainability reporting, and environmental compliance
• Experience in a manufacturing, agri-food, or FMCG environment (preferred)
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  
  A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Scope 1, 2 & 3
