Freelance Senior/ Quantity Surveyor
East Midlands
Construction
Rate: £400- £450 per day outside of IR35
CompanyA Main Contractor specialising across a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Education projects across the Midlands with projects typically ranging between £10m to £50m in contract values.
RoleThe project is a £25 million new build industrial unit on a JCT form of contract within the Northamptonshire area. The project is expected to last at least 12 months and commences at the beginning of December 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Completing monthly CVRs on site to ensure the project is on track.
- A hybrid model would be in place for the ideal candidate.
- Dealing with variations quickly and effectively to stay within budget.
- Experience working as a Senior/ Quantity Surveyor on new build industrial/logistic projects is essential.
- Experience managing project/assistant QS's.
