Project Architect Position Overview

Revit usage daily – maintain and develop BIM models.

RIBA stages expertise – lead schematic to construction drawings across all stages.

Stakeholder liaison – collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control teams.

Project breadth – deliver a variety of Defence and MOD sector projects.

• Relevant qualification required.
• Background working on Defence, Industrial or Commercial sectors.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Non-residential experience only.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualifying Part 2/3.
• Project running experience.
• Proven design portfolio – creativity and problem‑solving skills.

• Competitive salary £45,000–£55,000.
