Electrical Compliance Team Leader

This role involves leading electrical compliance installation projects across a varied UK client base. The position focuses on machinery safety upgrades, control panel modifications, ATEX installations, inspections and remedial works, delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions within industrial and manufacturing environments while working closely with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams.

This position would suit an experienced Electrical Leader or Industrial controls electrician who enjoys leading small teams and taking ownership of project delivery.

• Lead and supervise a team of 5 delivering electrical compliance installation works
• Oversee machinery safety upgrades, control panel remedials and ATEX installations
• Support mobilisation, scheduling and delivery of electrical projects
• Carry out toolbox talks to ensure the team understand the task at hand
• Act as a point of contact for the client
• Ensure quality, compliance, testing and commissioning standards are met
• Produce reports and maintain accurate project documentation

• Electrical Engineering qualification (BTEC, NVQ or similar)
• Experience with in Manufacturing / Factory environments
• Leadership experience and/or qualities
• Knowledge of ATEX, DSEAR, CompEX 01‑06 desirable

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 7am‑5pm, flexible with overtime available
