Maintenance Engineer – Peterborough

Work Schedule:

4 on 4 off Days (Average 36 hour work week). Salary up to £48,000. 23 Shift holidays. Includes Employee Assistance Program, Healthcare Cashback Plan, Discounts Platform.

Join a leading manufacturing business in Peterborough that's investing in growth and innovation. We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support site operations and ensure machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager or Shift Lead, and working on a mix of planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a fast-paced production environment.

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
• Level 3 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
• Multi‑skilled (mechanical or electrical bias)
• FMCG experience is a strong advantage
