Here's a great opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business. They've got significant automation projects lined up over the next 18 months and strong long-term contracts already secured. The business is in a healthy position and continuing to grow as a group. This is a site I’ve personally visited, and there’s a genuine investment in both their people and their processes.

• As a Maintenance Engineer, be a key part of a dedicated team focused on proactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work on modern lines with regular new installations, offering variety and technical challenge.
• Maintain a wide range of equipment including conveyors, packaging equipment, labeling systems, and more.
• Get involved in installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement work.

• A background in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical skillset (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required)
