As part of the Environment Resilience Renewables Advisory Group, you will work on major and complex projects across aviation, energy, buildings, maritime, industry and urban development.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented person with excellent communication skills and technical ability in most aspects of noise and vibration. In this role you will apply these skills across a variety of projects, undertaking predictive calculations and modelling, technical report writing, environmental impact assessment, building acoustics design and providing mitigation advice.

• Apply noise and vibration technical skills across projects, undertaking predictive calculations and modelling.
• Produce technical reports and environmental impact assessments.
• Design building acoustics solutions and provide mitigation advice.
• Provide technical support to junior team members.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and advising clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject and/or IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control.
• 5 or more years’ experience in acoustic consultancy.
• Experience with noise monitoring surveys, noise modelling software and Environmental Impact Assessment.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines in the acoustics sector.
• Interest in underwater noise modelling.
• Commercial understanding and client‑interface confidence.
• Corporate membership of the Institute of Acoustics.
