The Vacancy

Binnies an RSK Group Company is looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join us as part of our @one Alliance.

What will you be doing as our new Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor?

As our new Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll improve SHEA awareness and behaviours and strengthen team collaboration and development, across all areas of the business. Acting as an ambassador for our LIFE principles, you’ll provide a direct and visible link between our LIFE strategy and delivery outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • 🟢 Provide Health, Safety, & Wellbeing (HSW) advice, guidance, coaching, support to Project Teams
  • 🟢 Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety
  • 🟢 Conduct HSW site visits (inspections, advisory visits, engagement visits)
  • 🟢 Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on-site briefings
  • 🟢 Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects
  • 🟢 Share best practice and support innovation across the alliance

What you’ll bring:

  • 🟢
    NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership
  • 🟢 A valid CSCS Safety Professional card
  • 🟢 Strong communication and people skills – you're trusted, respected, and supportive
