Salary: £52,000 + p.a - Dependent on Experience

Our Company prides itself on high standards, professionalism and quality of project delivery. Working with numerous high profile clients, we are looking for a CAD Technician who has a can do attitude that's proven within the internal fit out sector.

Full professional CAD skills and proficient in presenting detailed drawings and designs, you must be experienced in this field and fully conversant in commercial projects, creating space planning designs, store layouts & visuals along with the ability to work with our team to delivery projects throughout the UK.

• Undertaking a variety of site surveys, inspections & measured surveys nationally on interior projects with production of existing layouts, elevations & sections.
• Space plan retail & commercial projects with ability to interpret designs, concepts & produce working drawings
• Liaise with other team members and manage fit out projects as required.
• Assist with Planning & Building Regulation Applications & submissions for projects.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD (LT or full).
• Previous experience in surveying projects (measured site surveys & inspections).
• Good design & space planning skills and an understanding of the design process.
• Good knowledge of the Internal Fit Out & Construction Industry would be useful.
• High degree of accuracy & presentation.
• Knowledge of the Building Regulations would be an advantage.
• Sketch Up or 3D modelling experience would also be an advantage.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of client timelines & requirements.
• A full, valid driving license is essential.
• Preferably living within easy access to the Peterborough Head Office.
