Are you a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Monarch Education is seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal care and support for pupils with additional needs in a welcoming educational setting in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ daily lives and well-being.

• Provide personal care assistance including toileting, feeding, and hygiene support.
• Support pupils with mobility and physical needs throughout the school day.
• Assist in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect for all pupils.

• Experience providing personal care in an educational or care setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• A patient and nurturing approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
