We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Information Analyst - Housing Transformation to join our Public Health team within the Performance and Intelligence Service.

This role is critical in enabling the provision of 'real-time' data and insights via Power

BI data dashboards to support operational and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for data held in case management systems into the data platform.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve Power

    BI dashboards to visualise data and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across Services to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data sources and reports.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision‑making processes related to housing data.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and technical skills who wants to develop a career in the public sector. We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has existing data and analytics skills – Power

    BI and SQL are essential.
  • Has knowledge and understanding of information systems and databases, including extraction of data and information.
  • Is talented in working with data and presenting it to different audiences.
  • Is quick to learn new skills and understand the context of our work.
  • Can work both from home and in the office as required.

You do not need to have prior experience in Public Health or Housing, but a keen interest and willingness to learn are essential.
