Our client, a leading UK manufacturer whose trusted FMCG products can be found in virtually every home across the country, is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager with a sharp focus on customer demand and service excellence.

As a key player in the Supply Chain team, you’ll be the bridge between customers, commercial teams, and operations—ensuring product availability, improving forecast accuracy, and driving a best-in-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage the end-to-end customer demand planning process.

* Build strong relationships with major retail customers, understanding their patterns, constraints, and promotional activity.

* Lead S&OP processes, ensuring accurate forecasting aligned with business targets.

* Monitor service levels, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across stock management, planning systems, and customer collaboration.

* Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimise supply flow and maximise efficiency.

About You

* Experienced in Supply Chain or Demand Planning within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with major retail customers.

* Skilled in forecasting, data analysis, and translating insight into action.

* Strong communicator who thrives on cross-functional interaction.

* Passionate about delivering high service levels and improving supply chain performance.
