We are looking for 1 apprentice to join our Global Supply Chain and Logistics team located at our Peterborough facility (PE1 5FQ
). Every engine or piece of equipment we build starts with the components or raw materials that evolve into products to build a better world. Our Global Supply Chain and Logistics team take responsibility for ensuring all have the materials they need, when and where they need them, to meet customer demand.

In collaboration with our partnered training provider, De Montfort University Leicester, our 3‑year degree apprenticeship scheme will enable you to grow and develop your capabilities. Alongside on‑the‑job training supported by relatable mentors, apprentices will spend at least 20% of their working hours completing university‑based learning leading to nationally recognised qualifications through the Level 6 Chartered Manager apprenticeship standard
:

• a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship certificate, and
• a BA (Hons) in Business Management.

As part of this apprenticeship apprentices are required to attend university on a block release basis and therefore will be required to travel. Upon completion of the apprenticeship apprentices can apply for Chartered Manager status

During the apprenticeship you will be on a rotational training programme and given the opportunity to experience different functions within Supply Chain and Logistics, designed to expose you to the multiple teams and responsibilities within the department. You’ll learn from and work closely with our experts and improve your knowledge in multiple functions, including some of the following:
Orders Management, Material Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Data Analytics, Exports, Imports, Despatch Planning, Global Material Distribution, Packaging and New Product Introduction.
