Caretaker Security Officer
We are working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Caretaker Security Officer to join their Estates & Facilities team.
This is a 6 month contract, covering 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake regular waste (including animal waste) and litter collections, cleaning and sweeping tasks.
- Undertake minor building maintenance and repair tasks, in compliance with relevant legislation and good practice.
- Assisting with Grounds Maintenance team, with the upkeep of external areas and grounds maintenance, as required.
- Moving furniture, other materials and stores within premises and other sites.
- Monitoring and management of CCTV systems in line with data protection regulations.
- Undertake gritting, salt spreading and snow clearance, as required.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- SIA licence
- A full clean driving licence
