As a Senior Project Manager you’ll lead and own a group of projects, develop delivery strategies, and present and obtain client approval through to handover. You’ll oversee the design, construction, commissioning and after‑care of all agreed handover time‑frames and standards in a fast‑paced, demanding yet highly rewarding environment.

• Lead and own the end‑to‑end processes of a group of projects, ensuring alignment with outcomes and objectives.
• Consider Health & Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) in the development and implementation of strategies, projects, standards and processes.
• Create, develop and sustain a high‑performing team, coaching and training individuals to meet career aspirations.
• Lead proactive, engaging and transparent stakeholder management championing collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.
• Establish a commercial strategy (including procurement) for the optimum delivery of a portfolio of work.
• Take an active leadership approach to balance acceptable risk with acceptable cost, implementing timely and appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the team follows the appropriate governance processes and procedures to manage and control projects.

• APMP or equivalent (Practitioner level) qualification.
• Significant experience at Project Manager and Lead Project Manager level (equivalent to Senior PM/Project Director).
• Experience managing schemes between £100m and £175m in value.
• Comfortable with managing teams and demanding stakeholders, experienced in commercial Alliances.
