• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality.
• Commercially aware, with a strong track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with passion for developing others.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
