Commercial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and growing organisation. This role is ideal for a career-driven individual looking to take ownership of marketing strategies and drive sales through lead generation.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business growth. Based in Peterborough, you will lead a small marketing team and work closely with senior management to implement campaigns, analyse performance, and optimise digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive website traffic and brand awareness.

* Create and execute successful marketing campaigns for a diverse product range, from concept to completion.

* Optimise paid media campaigns (including Linked In Ads and PPC) to maximise return on investment.

* Oversee content creation for websites, newsletters, social media, and lead-generation campaigns.

* Work with third-party agencies and internal teams to produce engaging digital content.

* Analyse competitor strategies and marketing performance to refine approaches.

* Manage and mentor a small marketing team, providing support and conducting performance reviews.
