Tech Buildr has partnered with an innovative business in Peterborough who are looking to hire their first Marketing Manager.

This is an industry-leading company in the Conservation & Biodiversity solutions and software market. You’ll not only be contributing towards success of the business, but you’ll be also making a genuine impact on nature and ecological sustainability! .

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager to join their highly motivated and results-driven sales and marketing team.

The key responsibility of the Marketing Manager is drive pipeline and generate marketing sourced leads through marketing campaigns, events, SEO, PPC and other means. You will also lead, coach and develop a marketing assistant.

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role should have / be :

• 3+ years’ experience in a revenue-based marketing manager role looking after the full marketing mix.
• B2B Marketing experience in Tech, Construction, Property, Conservation or Agriculture preferred
• Experience coaching, leading and developing a small team
• A demonstrable track record of generating marketing sourced leads
• Data driven (CRM expert), able to analyse campaign success
• Commutable to the Peterborough office twice a week
