We are seeking a relationship-focused volunteer to join our Communications team as the Insights Coordinator. This role is for someone who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, gathering insights, and supporting the development of content.

• You will play an important part in shaping NiB’s external communications programme.
• You will work closely with leading UK employers and DEI specialists.
• You will gain hands‑on experience coordinating events, gathering insights, and supporting thought leadership.
• Will get exposure to communications strategy and corporate engagement.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, events, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, organisation, and note‑taking skills.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions and gathering insights from stakeholders.
• An interest in DEI, HR, or workplace inclusion.
• Passionate about neurodiversity and creating positive change.

• Build relationship with the corporate membership team and engage corporate allies to deliver insights.
• Capture member stories, updates, and commentary on key themes.
• Plan and coordinate member discussions and round tables.
• Work with the Copywriter to develop reports from round tables and interviews.
• Support members in amplifying NiB content via corporate channels, press, blogs and leadership content.
