Quality Manager Cambridgeshire £41,000 A category-leading food manufacturer are looking for a strong, factory-facing Quality Manager to drive standards, performance and culture on site ensuring finished products are safe, compliant and consistently right first time. There is state-of-art facilities at site, giving you a chance to work with equipment that can be found nowhere else in the country. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the site Laboratory team and day-to-day laboratory operations Deputise for the Site Technical Manager as required Own site performance across key quality metrics Ensure full compliance with BRC and customer factory-facing requirements through effective controls, coaching and mentoring Drive HACCP, VACCP and TACCP adherence, validation and corrective actions Investigate customer and supplier complaints using robust root cause analysis Analyse and present quality data to enable timely, effective decision-making Lead site-wide GMP performance and audit readiness Support internal, external and customer audits and close out non-conformances Champion a strong Quality culture across all levels of the site Support NPD/EPD projects, ensuring technical and compliance requirements are met Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives through site programmes If you want to learn more about this exciting position, please contact Owen on
