B2B Sales Executive - Office-Based
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £75,000+)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:30pm (office-based, no WFH)

What you'll be doing- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold business leads generated through paid marketing campaigns.
- Speak directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Run structured, confident sales conversations and present the value of high-impact services.
- Handle objections, stay calm under pressure and close with urgency.
- Work towards clear daily and monthly KPIs.
- Follow up warm leads quickly to maximise conversions and your commission.
- Keep the CRM up to date with notes, outcomes and next steps.
- Play your part in a competitive, fast-paced sales floor with a strong team spirit.
This is a phone-based, office-based sales role in Peterborough - ideal for a Sales Executive who enjoys a lively, target-driven environment.

You'll be a great fit as a B2B Sales Executive if:- You have proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales or outbound sales.
- You're comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls every day.
- You're a proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- You're confident talking to business owners, MDs and senior stakeholders.
- You're competitive - you like seeing your name near the top of the leader board.
- You're thick-skinned, can handle direct feedback and bounce back quickly from “no”.
- You're coachable, ambitious and keen to grow into more senior sales roles over time.
