Are you highly organized, customer-focused and ready to join a tight-knit team? Toolfix Services is looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales operations, with a strong emphasis on processing orders
, handling customer enquiries
, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

As a key part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — helping to deliver great service, accurate order processing, and fast responses. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to keep our systems and customers happy.

• Process customer orders received via email, phone and web
  , ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally, over the phone and email
  .
• Input orders into our systems and track progress to fulfilment.
• Chase couriers and carriers for delivery updates and action where needed.
• Manage web-based orders and maintain accurate records.
• Work with our team to resolve problems, provide updates and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date order information and help improve processes.
