We are now hiring Telesales Executives to join our expanding outbound sales team selling £97 Discovery Day business training events.
This is a fast-paced, outbound, target-driven telesales role for proven sales professionals only.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
* Calling warm outbound leads
* Selling tickets to our Discovery Day events
* Hitting a target of 2 sales per day (after first 3 months)
* Building a personal pipeline and managing follow-ups
* Supporting event attendance through relationship-driven check-ins
You are the front end of the entire Trade Mastermind sales engine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Make high-volume outbound calls to warm data
* Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees
* Build, manage, and maintain your own pipeline
* Execute structured follow-up sequences for undecided prospects
* Use scripts and proven objection handling frameworks
* Deliver energy and professionalism on every call
* Track KPIs daily and stay disciplined in your workflow
* Support attendance through pre-event nurturing
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
Minimum 3 years proven telesales / outbound phone sales experience
Strong track record in selling a product or service over the phone
Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline
Experience creating structured follow-up routines
High call volume experience (150–200 calls/day)
Discipline, structure, and consistency in hitting KPIs
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
A competitive, high-energy personality
This Role Is NOT For:
Inbound salespeople
Appointment setters with no closing experience
People without phone-based sales experience
People who dislike high call volume or structured targets
