Our client, a leading estate agent in Peterborough is seeking sales professional to join their team.
To apply for this role, you’ll need to be from a client facing sales background, with a strong interest in property.
Working in a growing independent estate agents, we are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, engaging and driven. You will be used to exceeding targets and working collaboratively with the rest of the company. Each day brings a fresh challenge.
As a Sales negotiator, your tasks include:
Guide the client through the sales process from the instruction to completion.
Negotiate offers and oversee the sales progression
Generate new business and market appraisals
Bring homes to the market
Attend and manage viewings
