Our client, a leading estate agent in Peterborough is seeking a sales professional to join their team.
To apply for this role, you’ll need to be from a client-facing sales background, with a strong interest in property.
Working in a growing independent estate agents, we are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, engaging and driven. You will be used to exceeding targets and working collaboratively with the rest of the company. Each day brings a fresh challenge.
Responsibilities- Guide the client through the sales process from the instruction to completion.
- Negotiate offers and oversee the sales progression.
- Generate new business and market appraisals.
- Bring homes to the market.
- Attend and manage viewings.
