We're looking for a reflective, proactive and resilient service manager in our Children in Care and Leaving Care services. As a committed Corporate Parent, you will drive high aspirations for our children and young people, achieving permanency, long term stability and successful transitions into adulthood through SMART goals and a trauma informed, nurturing approach.
All about the roleYou will provide operational leadership across our Children in Care and Leaving Care pathways, line managing Team Managers, Social Workers and Personal Advisers. You'll ensure consistently good practice, robust oversight of permanence and reunification planning, and strong multi agency collaboration that delivers better outcomes for cared for children and care experienced.
All about YouA Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with substantial leadership experience across Children's Social Care.
