HGV Class 1 Driver - 4 on 4 off (Nights)

Lineage, the world’s largest temperature‑controlled logistics provider, is looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver to work from our Peterborough depot.

Shift Available: 4 on 4 off, working nights (start times between 15:00‑20:00)

Rate of pay: £15.90 per hour, plus a weekly shift allowance of £95.00. Paid weekly. Hours over 39 per week paid at time and a half.

• Ensure the vehicle is legal and road‑worthy at all times – all daily checks are completed and any vehicle defects are reported.
• Confirm the correct goods have been loaded and are secured before moving the vehicle.
• Carry out trunking and multi‑drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law, including drivers’ working time regulations.
• Double‑check deliveries with the customer, provide a polite and helpful experience, and obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before returning to the depot.

• Valid C+E driving licence, Digi Tacho, and CPC.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 18 kg.
• Clear English communication skills with other team members.

• Overtime after 39 hours paid at time and a half.
