AboutThe Role
As a Project Manager in our delivery team, you’ll lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle – from design and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover – ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and safety standards. WhatYou'll be Doing
- Deliver complex construction and utilities projects from start to finish.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout.
- Act as the key link between Operations and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Administer NEC3/4 contracts and ensure commercial performance.
- Support commissioning and ensure assets are operational and compliant.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting on project progress, risk, and financial performance.
- Promote safety leadership and continuous improvement.
You’ll be a confident and proactive project manager with experience in the construction and/or engineering industry. You’ll work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams. You'll be hands‑on, detail‑focussed, and know how to bring people together. You’ll also know how to plan resources, manage time, identify issues before they become problems, be commercially aware, safety‑focused, and driven to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by your place of birth, nationality, current or former citizenship, and any residency you hold or have held.

- Minimum HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or project management discipline, with significant relevant experience.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong engineering and asset management background.
- Strong experience and knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and commercial management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Relevant professional certification in project management (APM, PRINCE2, PMP).
- Experience managing infrastructure projects – desirable.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification – desirable.
- Full UK car driving licence.
