An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Specialist Practitioner District /Senior Community Nurse to work within the Peterhead Community Nursing Team. The Peterhead Community Nursing Team is committed to delivering high quality nursing care to the local communities as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

• Accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering safe and effective person‑centred care.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical leadership and change management skills.
• High quality communication and interpersonal skills to inspire, empower and motivate team.
• Maintain a valid UK driving licence and be a car owner or have access to a car.

• Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification or Integrated Community Nursing Diploma.
• V300 Nurse Qualification or willing to work towards this.
