This role is a Band 6, 37 hours per week, Permanent position within the Peterhead Community Nursing Team. The team is committed to delivering high quality nursing care to the local communities as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Specialist Practitioner District / Senior Community Nurse to plan, coordinate and deliver safe and effective person‑centred care.

• Plan, coordinate and deliver safe, effective, person‑centred nursing care.
• Provide clinical leadership and change management, demonstrating excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Inspire, empower and motivate the nursing team.

• Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification or Integrated Community Nursing Diploma.
• Preferably possess or be willing to work towards V300 Nurse Qualification.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car or car ownership.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
