As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you could be a role model playing a key part in creating a warm, friendly atmosphere, and an outstanding store environment for our customers and industry‑leading team.

What’s on Offer?

Peterlee on the North east Coast of England offers a great deal for all ages, from walking, great mountain biking, diving, photography, art galleries, great schools and great house prices. With the great transport links this is an excellent location to live, work and have a work‑life balance that works for all.

This store is a part of the UK’s most trusted optical brand and has enjoyed a strong period of growth recently, so as a result we are looking to add another Dispensing Optician to the team. The store itself has 4 test rooms and has the latest technology – Nidek Fundus, Tonoref, Phoropters etc and is always looking at new technology.

You will have the full opportunity for clinical, professional, and personal development, including higher certifications, or stepping into leadership. The store is lucky enough to have a close relationship and work with the Sunderland Eye Infirmary, the best in Europe, for urgent referrals.
