Retail Sales Merchandiser – Peterlee – 2 hours per week

Location: Peterlee

Employment type: Part‑time

Shift pattern: 2 hours on Fridays.

Vehicle requirement: Own vehicle and full driving licence required.

You will be part of DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company working with retailers such as River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, among others. As a Retail Assistant you will provide face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores.

You will be based in Peterlee but may be required to travel to other stores within the zone. The role allows you to start and finish the shift at times that suit you, provided you complete the full 2‑hour shift during store opening hours. Please note that December is a peak period and leave is not authorised during that month.

• Merchandise products to visual merchandising guidelines
• Component deliveries of new stock
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Set up promotional activities
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting; fashion brand experience a plus
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Own an Apple or Android smartphone with OS Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later

Work will be supervised by a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Tech savviness is desirable as the role uses several apps.
