, our store is looking for someone with previous optical experience that can dispense up to Multi focal.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment for both customers and the team.

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier
• Great teamwork
• A good initiative
• Confidence in using IT systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
• Able to receive feedback and be open to development, with support and guidance throughout your process

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology

• Part time - up to 3 full days; weekend working
