Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–16:00

Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Team Administrator to join our dedicated team at Longmoor Camp. MainResponsibilities
- Processing work orders and inputting data accurately
- Taking clear minutes during meetings (including occasional travel to Brunswick and outstations)
- Handling calls, mail, and deliveries
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors
- Providing administrative support to managers and the wider team
- Assisting with KPI tracking and reporting for site operations, maintenance, and accommodation
- Managing stationery control and purchasing
- Carrying out everyday office tasks such as cleaning coffee machines and preparing meeting rooms
- Strong office and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work with both bespoke and standard software packages
- Strong written and numerical skills to support accurate data input and reporting
- Ability to take clear notes and produce accurate minutes
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to support other sites (UK driving licence or ability to travel independently required)
