Promera is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead crews of up to 15 at job sites in the Austin–Pflugerville area. You will ensure safe, Promera-approved methods are followed and coordinate transport of crew, materials and equipment between sites.
The role requires OSHA 30, strong quality control experience, and independence. You’ll act as the liaison between operations, sales and customer personnel, handle paperwork timely, and support training of technicians, with up to 90% travel.
