Prepare financial statements, generate management reports, and assist with budgeting/forecasting.
- Compliance & Audits:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist with annual audits and tax form preparation (like IRS forms).
- Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records, journals, ledgers, and receipts.
- Payroll Support:
Process payroll and handle related tasks.
- Transaction Processing:
Handle accounts payable (invoices, payments) and accounts receivable (client billing, payment tracking). - Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
Additional Information / Benefits
BS Accountacy graduate and with related work experience is an advantage.
